Welcome to Flat Promoters Association

Flat Promoters Association was formed in the year 1997 with a vision of integrating the builders fraternity under one umbrella with the following objectives.

To create the awareness on construction activities among the general public
To educate the members of the association about the latest techniques on the industry
To assist the government to meet the housing needs of the general public
To make good healthy environment by making good Eco-Friendly buildings

The members are associated mostly from south part of Chennai and Suburbans. At present, we have crossed more than 150 members which includes Architects, Planners and Structural Engineers. We have our own registered office building premises at East Tambaram attached with party hall with 100 person seating capacity.
